Title: .Net Developer

Status: Exempt ("salaried," not overtime eligible)


The .Net Developer is responsible for building and developing software using languages and technologies of the .Net Framework.  This role will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems, and provide support for existing applications by working with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software to support the operations of our business. 

Effective performance of all duties and responsibilities of the position will assure accurate and timely completion of required tasks.

Essential Functions

  • Strong proficiency in C# with proven experience building applications with .Net Framework
  • Proven ability to producing clean and readable code using .Net languages (C#, VB.Net)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code to improve existing software
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Providing technical support for web, desktop, and mobile applications
  • Demonstrate sound ability to comprehend technical information and effectively communicate it to others
  • Problem solving to identify areas that need improvement and provide feasible solutions
  • Write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. 

Minimum Requirements


  • High school graduate/and or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript required
  • Experience with a ASP.Net a plus
  • Familiarity with VB.Net and SQL Server is a plus


  • Proven ability to use existing scripts or tools to get things done – able to restructure the code without changing external behavior of the software
  • Strong ability to demonstrate understanding of the structure and logical of Object-Oriented programming
  • Solid oral and written communication skills with ability to convey one’s message with diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to effectively interact, present information, and respond to questions from customers, colleagues and management
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities utilizing effective organizational and time management practices
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with critical customer deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
