P&A Retirement Platform
We provide exemplary recordkeeping services that set us apart from our competitors. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that more is better.
With the open architecture of the P&A Retirement Platform, you’ll have access to virtually any mutual fund in the U.S. financial markets, including ETFs, collectives, and stable value funds. Plus, as an independent service, we are not affiliated with any investment company, nor do we own proprietary funds, meaning we place zero bias or restrictions on your investments.
Unlike “bundled” service providers that often limit their plan offerings, we provide state-of-the-art recordkeeping services to any type of defined contribution plan. Our platform also offers:
- Online enrollment
- Online loan processing
- Online account access for participants, plan sponsors, and advisors
- Mobile account access for participants
- The ability for advisors to create customized allocated portfolios
Plan Sponsor Website and On-Demand Reporting
The plan sponsor website is an informative and intuitive web portal that helps you manage all aspects of your plan. It puts plan information right at your fingertips, giving you the ability to monitor and access the data you need to help streamline your administrative process.
Under reports you can find the Annual Plan Demographic report, which provides a complete summary of important plan-level information including cash flow summary, plan trends, asset allocation by age band, participating rates by age band, and allocation by asset class. It’s difficult to fulfill your fiduciary responsibilities without key information about your plan, which is why we make it convenient for you to obtain that information when you need it in a format that is easy to understand.
As the need for disclosure of all retirement plan fees continues to rise, we remain steadfast in our commitment to provide a completely transparent program that is designed to provide you with sufficient information for them to carry out your fiduciary responsibilities. Unlike most retirement plan providers, we are not subsidized by the funds themselves in the form of revenue sharing (12b-1 fees, shareholder-servicing fees, and sub-transfer agent fees). Instead, we separate our recordkeeping and investment management fees so that you clearly see and understand the costs for all plan administrative functions.
